1     Organization and Formatting

1.1    General

  • This is your sandbox, or canvas, for laying out information in a concise, logical manner.
  • Organize/group information into boxes, providing each box with an appropriate title; the pre-titled boxes are required at a minimum.
  • Size and arrange boxes as needed/desired to best organize and fit all needed information in each box and on the sheet as a whole.
  • Use the styles provided, in particular, stick to Times New Roman 12-pt font for the majority of the written content.
  • Enter the initials in the “by” box at the upper right of the header (replacing the placeholder “FML”) of the one, or sometimes two (enter as, for example, NBB/WJE) team members who are responsible for the sheet. The text will resize to fit.
  • Enter the date of latest update in the “on” box at the upper right of the header (replacing the placeholder “mm/dd/yy”).
